	How iSuggestNow is beneficial over traditional way of implementation?
	An employee can speak his mind from office or outside at anytime without getting noticed. Workflows are built-in to monitor the progress and notify the employee of the progress.

	Which technologies are used in development of iSuggestNow?
	The front end is microsoft.net and backend is Azure.

	Which are the deployment options
	On Demand – the application will be hosted in MS’s server and every user will have an access to it. The will not have to management the operating systems and the antivirus. It will be taken care by Microsoft. On Premise –MS SQL database along CAL access, Microsoft IIS and MS .Net framework will have to be provided by customer along with appropriate licenses. Infrastructure resources such as storage space on the company’s server will have to be maintained and monitored by Customer’s facility administrator. A specialised person will be need to manage the application

	How scalable is the solution?
	The system is based on Saas (software-as-a-service) concept and you can start with a small group and increase the subscription as required.

	Can I extend iSuggestNow to multiple locations and in multiple languages?
	Yes as the system can be access from anywhere the geographical boundaries don’t exist in the system. It can be extended to multiple languages as well.

	Can iSuggestNow be extended to customers and partners?
	Yes iSuggestNow can be extended to partners and customers.

	What is the minimum requirement for starting iSuggestNow?
	On Demand: If you want to access iSuggestNow on Cloud then only a browser is required On Premise: Microsoft IIS server, MS SQL server , MS .Net frame work, 3 GB storage space on the server.

	Which are the areas in which I can use iSuggestNow ?
	Suggestion, Whistle Blower, Feedback, complaint reporting and harassment at workplace policy.

	Why an online suggestion policy software?
	An employee can give suggestion from anywhere and at anytime. The employee will be informed of the progress of the suggestion and will receive due recognition for approved suggestion. The employee can attach documents to support his suggestion. The software requires minimal supervision from IT hence a trained man power is not required.

	Can we have multiple schemes?
	Yes multiple schemes can be managed at the same time for various locations.

	How secure is data on iSuggestNow?
	For a on-demand deployment the data is hosted on the cloud the exact location of application is not known even to DSS. Security at the server is provided via Identity and Access Management, Isolation and Encryption hence the data cannot be accessed by everyone. For a on-premise deployment the data is stored on the company’s own server and hence it becomes the company’s responsibility.

	Can a company try iSuggestNow before they actually buy it?
	Yes you can try iSuggestNow for free for 2 weeks for free with no obligation.

	Are there any limitation during trial period?
	Complete working application is available during trial period. Maximum of 10 users can be created during trial period and only one attachment can be added to a contribution.

	What do you mean by 99% SLA?
	99% SLA is on monthly basis SLA. 99% SLA will be met in a month.

	What happens in case of SLA violation?
	In case of a valid SLA violation, you will get a credit for the amount validated in your next month's bill.

	Login Details:
	Email Address - Enter the Email Address that was specified by you when you registered as a User of iSuggestNow. Please ensure that this is a valid Email address that you check regularly as the iSuggestNow system uses this email address to send all important notifications generated in the system and it also serves as your Login id.
	Password - Password is case sensitive and should follow the Password policy set by default. The default policy is that the password should be at least 8 characters long and should consist of both alphabets and numerals.
	Organization Access Key - Organization Access Key is a unique access key that is generated for an Organization. This should be kept confidential and only provided by the Organization’s iSuggestNow Administrator to the employees or members of the organization who are eligible to use iSuggestNow.

	Users
	My Profile: My Profile link opens up a form with the details of the profile of the currently logged in user. You may modify all the details except the Email address using this form. The Email address is used as a login id and hence cannot be changed.
	Contributors: Contributors are users who may contribute suggestions/ speakups/complaints.
	Administrators: Suggestion or speak up administrator will be assigned to carry out initial review of all the submitted suggestions/speak ups/ complaints, reject them or forward them to an appropriate assessor for further analysis and assessment. Reward administrator will be responsible for managing the rewards inventory and the distribution of the rewards based on the redemption certificates
	Assessors: Assessors will assess a suggestion/speak up/complaint and will give their feedback to the Lead assessor.
	Lead Assessor: Lead Assessor will approve /reject a suggestion/speak up/complaint based on the feedback he has received.
	Senior Management: Senior management users are given access to the analytics of suggestion/speak up/complaint schemes.

	Assessment Groups
	Assessment Group is a group consisting of assessors and will be applicable to one or more category. This makes it easier to assign responsibility for assessment of suggestions and speak-ups. One of the assessor is given the responsibility of Lead assessor.
